This was an AMAZING class. Thank you

Matrescence Festival, July 2026

A great session. An opportunity for parents to come together, share experiences and understand from an expert the potential factors leading to anger we experience, and gain some tools for managing that anger.
I came away realising that this is a shared struggle and that we are not alone in this space.

Brilliant workshop - realistic and helpful. Made me feel less alone, and helped me recognise and admit how challenging things can be sometimes.

The space felt really safe, thanks to the great facilitator and academic lead who was so open and generous with sharing her own experiences.

Caroline’s session was great and very useful.

This is the kind of session that remind us that we are humans with feelings and thoughts. It was really good talking to Caroline. She was a very good listener and there was alot of positive energy following her session.

I came out of her session and went and explained to my family about Paul Gilbert’s Three Circle model. I found it inspiring.

I deliver psychologically-informed talks, workshops and reflective spaces for organisations, healthcare teams and parent communities.

I work with NHS teams, corporate organisations, membership communities and parent organisations.

My talks weave together evidence-based psychology, storytelling and practical tools to help people make sense of the emotional experiences beneath stress, burnout, conflict and overwhelm.

People leave feeling less alone, with greater self-understanding, more confidence and practical ideas they can apply immediately.

Rather than encouraging people simply to manage difficult emotions, my work invites people to become curious about what those emotions may be communicating about their nervous system, relationships and wider context. This shift from self-criticism and reactivity to understanding and repair often creates lasting change.

Sessions are interactive and tailored to the audience, combining psychological insight, reflective discussion and practical, experiential exercises. I create a supportive, psychologically safe space where people can slow down, reflect and make sense of experiences that are often difficult to talk about.

Highly recommended. It was a privilege to sit and observe Caroline’s session on our Supported Return to Training Course. Caroline’s manner and thoughtful approach to the stresses and anxieties faced by trainee doctors in their return to the workplace was really well received.

Caroline provided a space for trainees to open up about their own anxieties and experiences and provided some useful suggestions to help mitigate them or manage them better. Mental health of doctors/those working in healthcare is not something that is often addressed and Caroline’s session explores the issues facing doctors in managing workplace stress along with the stresses of home life.

Delivering regular wellbeing workshops to medics as part of the Supported Return to Radiology Training course (Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust)

I felt very seen. The content was so helpful & really made me realise how much anxiety I’ve been feeling towards motherhood is in part likely due to my HSP traits.
I am so relieved to have this sensitively & practically acknowledged in this masterclass.
